How do I request for a personalized shoutout video?
Simply visit their profile, choose "Request personalized video, fill the form and add a touch of celebrity magic to your special moments. Whether it's birthdays, advice, roasts, or a pick-me-up, brighten someone's day with unique and heartfelt messages.
- How do I request a video call?
Subscribe to the celebrity you want to video chat with.
Select the 'Video Chat' tab and send a request to start streaming.
Wait for a celebrity to accept your video call request.
Once your request has been accepted, you can start the call immediately if they are online or schedule a more convenient time.
How long can I video chat with a celebrity?
The duration of your one-on-one video call is entirely at your discretion and subject to the celebrity's availability.
It's important to note that charges apply on a per-minute basis. Prior to initiating the chat, review the celebrity's per-minute video chat rate.
- How long does it take to get my personalized video?
Celebrities have up to 14 days to fulfill your requests. To ensure ample time, we advise fans to submit their video requests at least 3 weeks before the due date. This guarantees peace of mind, knowing it will be prepared and completed promptly.
How much does it cost to video chat with a celebrity or influencer
The cost to video chat with a celebrity varies. Prices are determined by individual creators and are set on a per-minute basis.
- How do I send a message to a celebrity?
Visit their profile page and click the message/message icon. It's important to maintain a respectful tone in your interactions.
- How do I book a celebrity to perform/attend an event?
Simply visit their profile and select the specific service you need.
Don’t forget to include particulars of your event: ie date, location, theme, etc.
Once they accept/confirm the booking you will receive an email notification.
- How do I know if a celebrity or influencer is legitimate?
All registered Influencers, Creators & Celebrities on Afri Vega go through an authentication process before their account is approved on the platform. We take strict measures to prevent frauds or copies of creators.

Afri Vega maintains high standards of quality by carefully vetting celebrities and influencers who join the platform and monitoring the feedback and reviews from users. Additionally, we offer customer support to address any issues or concerns regarding the quality of experiences or services provided.
Can I request a refund or cancel a booking on Afri Vega?
Yes, Afri Vega provides a refund policy that allows users to request refunds or cancel bookings under certain circumstances. Please refer to our terms and conditions or contact customer support for assistance with refund requests or booking cancellations.
Cancellations should be done before services are rendered, and be done 3 days after initial request after which charges may be incurred.

- Can I record private video calls & share them?
Yes, you can, just let the celebrities/influencers know that you're recording the conversation & might share it.
- Can I gift a booking or experience on Afri Vega to someone else?
Yes, Afri Vega allows users to gift bookings or experiences to others. Simply select the desired service or experience and follow the prompts to indicate that it is a gift. You can then provide the recipient's contact information, and they will receive notification of the gifted booking or experience.
